Our story
Roxx Industrial’s Director, Paola Roxx, was one of the first female Caulkers in Victoria during the 1990’s. Paola has worked in some of the industry’s major companies and has experienced firsthand how to achieve a career in this.
Because of this Paola was able to buy a house as a single parent for herself and her four kids. Paola roles included labouring, caulking, waterproofing, lagging and being a supervisor for a team as well as various administrative duties.
Not only has Paola worked in Construction but also tried different industries like Hospitality and has seen how poorly women get paid in those roles. With Paola’s experiences and drive for change, she has created this Company to support Women to open the door to a new career.
